Return Policy
Relentless Grooming accepts returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any items. If your returned item is in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and you will forfeit the item.

Returns
For return requests, please contact customer@relentlessgrooming.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We will confirm if your order is eligible for return/refund. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the product is defective or we have made an error. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Sender assumes responsibility for any items lost in transit.
Further, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the condition of the items, we will determine whether a refund is warranted. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund requests will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Used Products
Sorry, we do not refund used products. If you have any questions about a product, please reach out prior to purchase and we’d be happy to help you find the perfect solution to address your needs.
Exchanges
We do not offer any exchanges at this time. You are welcome to send your order back if the products are unused. After inspection, we will provide a full refund minus any shipping costs, if applicable.
Cancelling An Order
We aim to ship all orders within one (1) business day. If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. Make sure to write “CANCEL ORDER” in your message’s subject line so we can quickly identify your request and cancel your order. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the total amount paid, including shipping costs.
Cancellations are not possible after the package has been shipped. Cancellation after shipment is eligible for a refund (product cost minus shipping) if the item(s) is returned, unopened and unused.
Missing Item or Damaged Product
While we strive for perfection, everyone makes mistakes. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience and email us at customer@relentlessgrooming.com to resolve any issues. For damaged products, please inform us within 14 (fourteen) days of your order and include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s).
Shipping Errors: Incorrect Address or Order Issues
If you place an order to the wrong address, email or message us as soon as possible and include your name, order number and the correct shipping address. We will happily update the order address if the order has not shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you will be liable for the loss of the item since entering the correct address at checkout is the buyer’s responsibility.
If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to offer either a refund or redelivery. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund, and new shipping charges will apply to new deliveries.
